Our fish are caught responsibly the old fashioned way; by hand, with a rod and reel. Your order will be rush-delivered on Friday, no more than 24 hours from being harvested in the clear, clean waters of the Gulf of Alaska. Fresh ingredients for your creative chef translate into amazing dishes for discerning weekend diners and private dinner parties.

We’re operating 4 trips for 2012 and quantities are limited. Delivery dates: July 6 & 20, August 3 & 17. Retail customers can place a 50# minimum order or visit us at the Spenard Farmers Market next to Chilkoot Charlie’s in Anchorage on the following Saturdays from 9AM - 2 PM: July 7 & 21, August 4 & 18.
